Advisory & dispatch log

Set a scenario and press Generate advisory & dispatch to compose a Gemini early-warning bulletin and simulate its delivery to municipal & district disaster-management authorities.

How it works. Surge Sentinel fuses Google Earth Engine terrain & land-cover (SRTM DEM, Sentinel-1 water extent, built-up masks) with real-time meteorological forecasts (IMD bulletins, ECMWF ensemble) to simulate storm-surge inundation and rainfall damage pathways. Exposure of power grids, arterial roads and medical shelters is scored, and Gemini 3.7 Flash's multimodal reasoning drafts and dispatches CAP-standard advisories to local authorities — shifting response from post-landfall recovery to pre-landfall action.
Risk model. risk = hazard × (0.5·exposure + 0.5·vulnerability), where hazard combines surge depth (surface tide-surge minus DEM elevation, attenuated by along-shore & inland distance) and rainfall accumulation (Gaussian about the forecast track). Synthetic sample data.
